Peplow and Charles D. G. (Deanna) Peplow; his grandson Ian Charles Peplow; his brother David Peplow; and his nephew Steve Woodhouse. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Leonard Samuel and Ivy Rose Peplow; and sister, Patricia (David) Woodhouse. Malcolm was born on August 18, 1930 in Aldershot, England. After working for some time at the British Embassy in Washington, Malcolm moved to Pittsburgh in 1971 to work for Halco Mining. He then spent the next 15 years traveling the world to find and hire French speaking staff to work in the bauxite mine in Guinea, West Africa. After leaving Halco in 1986, he offered his expertise to the International Executive Service Corps, working as a Volunteer Executive in developing countries. Malcolm received three Presidential Service Awards for his accomplishments in Yemen Arab Republic, Russia, Egypt, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Thailand, and Jordan.
