MALISSA EBBEN BIRCHALL, 39 OF DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA PASSED AWAY ON FEBRUARY 15, 2023. SHE WAS BORN OCTOBER 29TH, 1983 TO HER FATHER LARRY EBBEN AND MOTHER SUSAN WATSON.
MALISSA WAS AN INCREDIBLY SPECIAL AND LOVING INDIVIDUAL. SHE LOVED AND CARED DEEPLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY FOR HER FAMILY, FRIENDS AND THE THOUSANDS OF CATS SHE RESCUED EACH YEAR. MALISSA HAD A PASSION AND DRIVE FOR THE ANIMALS SHE SAVED THAT FUELED HER EACH I EVERY DAY.
MALISSA CARRIED HERSELF WITH AN ADMIRABLE CONFIDENCE AND JOY.
MALISSA ENJOYED ATTENDING CONCERTS & FESTIVALS, BEACH TRIPS, AND ALL THINGS TINY.
SHE WAS A PROUD MEMBER NATIVE AMERICAN CHIPPEWA CREE TRIBE.
MALISSA WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HER SISTER, SONJA WALKER, AND FIRST HUSBAND COSIMO VOLPE. SHE IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND, JOHN STRATTON BIRCHALL; HER DAUGHTER, ALYSSA SARAH VOLPE, AND SONS PETER JESSE VOLPE, AND BRIAN EBBEN BIRCHALL. HER SISTER LISA LANG AND BROTHER CHARLIE LENNING ALSO SURVIVE.
THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24TH 2023
FROM 3:00 PM UNTIL 5:00 PM AT JONES - WYNN FUNERAL VILLA RICA CHAPEL. IN ACCORDANCE WITH HER WISHES, SHE WILL BE CREMATED.
