Manfred Steiner

Rest in peace dear, noble, beautiful friend

Manfred was a colleague at Brown and Alpert medical school that I knew for many years. We were both Hematologists. In our later years we became closer because we lived near each other in Riverside, RI and we walked together once a week down the Narragansett Terrace starting from the Carousel at Crescent Point and back which took us about an hour. We talked about many things both professional and personal. I miss Manfred very much as I´m sure his family must even more so. He was a very special man. One in a million.
