Manuel was born on June 3, 1964 and passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Manuel was a resident of Jersey City, New Jersey at the time of passing. Visitation for Manuel will be on Tuesday, March 5th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Lawton-Turso Funeral Home in Hoboken (Washington and Seventh Streets, parking on Seventh). A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, March 6th at St. Ann Catholic Church on Third and Jefferson Streets at 11:00 AM.
