It is with profound sadness and deep appreciation that we announce the passing of Manuel Campos, who left this world peacefully on December 13, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on November 8, 1947, Manuel was a cherished father, grandfather, and friend, well-loved in the community of Natalia, Texas.
Manuel was a man of great passions and interests. He was an avid football fan, unwaveringly loyal to his beloved Spurs. His enthusiasm for the game brought joy not only to him but also to his family, especially during Friday night football games with his grandson. These gatherings were filled with laughter, excitement, and shared memories that will be cherished forever.
His love for music added another layer to his vibrant personality, reflecting the rhythm of life he embraced. He had an incredible ability to connect with those around him through the universal language of melody and song.
He is preceded in death by his parents Domingo and Benancia Campos, and his brother, Raymond Campos.
Manuel is survived by his beloved wife, Maria Campos; devoted daughter, Cynthia Lacy (James); sons, Charles Anthony Campos, and Manuel Campos, Jr. He is also survived by his brother, Domingo Campos Jr., and his adoring grandchildren, Brandon Lacy (Alicia), and Ryan Lacy (Victoria); along with his adoring great grandchildren; Autumn, and Kira Lacy, of whom will carry forward his legacy of love and passion.
