Manuel Rodriguez Sandoval, 68, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in San Angelo.
Public viewing will be from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, January 5, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel. Funeral Service will be at 10:00 AM Monday, January 6, 2025, at Robert Massie Riverside Chapel with Amanda Sandoval, Manuel's niece, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert Massie Funeral Home.
Mr. Sandoval was born December 23, 1956 in Ciudad, Acuna, Mexico to Joaquin and Maria Sandoval. Manny has been a resident of San Angelo since 1971, moving from Acuna. Manny married Amanda Morales on June 3, 2000 in San Angelo. Manny worked at Baptist Memorial in Nutrition Services for 41 years retiring in January of 2024. Manny enjoyed singing, and spending time with his family and friends. Manny was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved reading his Bible and Praying. Manny was greatly loved by many. He was a wonderful husband, brother, brother-in-law and friend. He had a kind heart and a contagious smile. He always helped everyone in need. He will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his wife, Amanda of the home; a daughter, Margarita Sandoval of Lubbock; a son, Victor Manuel Sandoval of Albuquerque, New Mexico; three sisters, Olivia Soto of Hanford, California, Rebeca Leal and husband Ignacio of Fort Worth, Sandra Gonzalez and husband Juan of San Angelo; a brother, Jose Sandoval and wife Amparo of San Angelo; and six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Manny was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Miguel Sandoval.
