Marc E. Auciello Obituary July 13, 1986 – February 16, 2025
Marc Edward Auciello of Saratoga Springs, NY and Medford, MA passed away on February 16, 2025 at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Born on July 13, 1986, in Lowell, MA, he was the son of Eugene P. and Jeanne A. Auciello of Saratoga Springs, NY.
Marc graduated from St. Peter's Academy in 2004. He went on to attend SUNY Oneonta, SUNY Albany and the College of Environmental Science and Forestry at Syracuse University where he majored in Construction Management with a minor in Chinese language. Upon completion of his studies in 2010, Marc served as a construction site manager for a multi-building complex in Zhuhai, Guongdong Province, China.
Recognizing the need for improved learning opportunities in China, Marc founded a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) School for K-12 learning in Zhuhai.
Upon returning to the United States in 2020, Marc enrolled in a Computer Engineering and Architecture Program at the Flatiron School in Manhattan, NY. He was employed by Penn State Health as an Infrastructure Computer Specialist, and later by Mountain View Therapy, LLC. Marc also designed and maintained websites for several companies.
Marc is survived by his parents Eugene P. and Jeanne A. Auciello of Saratoga Springs, NY; his sister Amy M. (Troy) Hoover, and niece Nina F. Hoover of Wilton, NY; and his grandmother Rita Auciello of Glen Cove, NY. Marc also leaves behind his many relatives and friends who find comfort remembering his kindness, thoughtfulness and good nature.
Funeral Arrangement are entrusted to the Tunison Funeral Home 105 Lake Ave. Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
A private family service will be held with interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, Saratoga Springs, NY.
