We are really going to miss you so glad we had the chance to talk recently. I have so many fond memories from my childhood. So glad I shared that part of my life with you I added a photo of I think my 13th birthday party couldn't figure out how to make it upright but there's a few familiar faces there. Peace my brother we will see you when I take my flight. Our love and thoughts are with you and your family. Love Wendy and Brian

The first time I met Marc was when he was in 5th grade & I was room mother for a school trip to Baird Park. My son Stephen McCaffery & Marc were best friends. I looked around & couldn´t find them, my heart sank! Finally we found them, no problem, they were just jumping off a small cliff!
That pretty much describes the next few years dealing with the two of them. If there was trouble, they´d find it, with their bikes, dirt bikes or whatever wild things they´d think up.
Sometimes they´d start talking about their adventures & I´d say if I don´t know about this by now I don´t need to know!
I was so sad to hear about Marc´s passing & truly sorry for your loss.

Mark was my brother, Steven Mccaffery's, best friend in high school. They were a fun and wild bunch, completely devoted and loyal to each other. All of the older siblings referred to them as the Little Bros.
When Steve was in the hospital two years ago Mark would call or text and brighten our day with stories of their wild youth. He was a gifted storyteller and his memory for details was impressive. Mark made a very difficult time less painful and I am forever grateful for his beautiful, comedic heart.
Steve passed away two years ago on June 15th.
I hope Mark and Steve are together hanging out in heavens telling stories, laughing and riding dirt bike with ease.
Mark is well loved and will be missed.
