My deepest sympathies for your loss. I knew Marcel from his time as Scout Executive of the Northeast Pennsylvania Council, BSA (now Scouting America). I enjoyed my visits with him during OA events and when I come back to NEPA for Scouting events after I moved away. He was a great man and roll model for the Scouts in the Council. May we meet again in that great camp site in the sky.

I can still remember siting at a table at a camp school interviewing people attending and meeting him for the first time. He was taking the program course for summer camp which I was teaching. When the course was over I knew he would make a great person for the program at summer camp. Our paths crossed many times as professionals and we became good friends.
When retired I invited him to The Northeast Region Retirees Reunion. We talked many times at them and he even became a member or the reunion committee. He will truly be missed. Rest in Peace my Brother
