Marcella "Sally" Brause

Marcella "Sally" Brause died at the age of 90 on April 15, 2023.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at Federated Church in Fergus Falls. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Reverend Brad Soenksen will be the clergy. The interment will take place at Western Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Fergus Falls.

Marcella "Sally" Brause was born on January 13, 1933, in Fergus Falls. She attended Campbell High School and later went to Fergus Falls Teachers Training. She worked as a teacher and cattle farmer and lived on the Brause family farm.

Marcella "Sally" Brause is survived by her sons, Mike Brause, Tom Brause, and Dan Brause, and her daughter, Jodi Johnson. She is also survived by her grandson, Mark A. Johnson Jr. Her father, John C. III Will, and mother, Hazel Will, preceded her in death, as did her husband, Rodney O. Brause. She is also survived by her brother, Boyd Will, and sister-in-law, Shirley Will, as well as her sister, Barbara Stich, and brother-in-law, Vern Stich. Her sisters, Janice Will and Jeanne Will, and sister-in-law, Jeanne Will, also preceded her in death.
