Marcella Vigna

Marcella Vigna 88 of Manchester, NJ passed away peacefully on Saturday December 9, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Jersey City, she resided in Lakewood, NJ from 1956-2003 before moving to Manchester, NJ, 20 years ago. She worked as a teacher's aide for the Lakewood Board of Education for 15 years before retiring in 1996. She enjoyed spending time with her family, reading novels and traveling overseas, especially Ireland. Surviving is her husband of 68 years, Eugene A Vigna, sons, Eugene & Steven Vigna, daughters, Susan Bell, Nancy Vigna and Anne Stone & her husband Mike, brother, Richard Walsh and 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral Liturgy is Wednesday 10 AM at St John's Church, Lakehurst, NJ with entombment to follow at St Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
