Marcella A. Winterhalter

Marcella "Marcee" A. Winterhalter, 81, of Penn Twp., passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at her home. She was born May 2, 1943, in New Brighton, PA, the daughter of the late William and Margaret (McMullan) Eichenlaub. Marcee taught foreign languages at Franklin Regional for 28 years. She was an avid pianist, a lifelong player and taught lessons for more than 30 years. Her other passions were her dogs, grandkids, and exercise. Marcee is survived by her husband of over 57 years, Fritz Winterhalter; three children, Michael Winterhalter, Mark (Joelle) Winterhalter, Jacki (Jeff) Kelly; eight grandchildren, Emily, Rachel, Ryan, Allison, Adam, Erik, Courtney, Kaylee; three siblings, Constance (James) Dooley, William (Susan) Eichenlaub, Maggie (Scott Leonhart) Eichenlaub; several nieces and nephews, and former daughter-in-law Desiree Winterhalter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, at Marcee's request, to any no-kill animal shelter or rescue. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024, at HART FUNERAL HOME.
