Marcia Lee Knutson

Marcia Lee Knutson, 64, of Fountain, died Thursday, October 9, 2025, at home. She was born October 23, 1960, in Flint, the daughter of Fordyce and Marjorie (Wirt) Christensen.

Throughout her life, Marcia worked in various customer service roles, where she was known for her friendly nature and for always putting a smile on people's faces. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

Marcia had a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life-she loved classic rock, crafting, bird watching, and spending time in nature. Her greatest joy was being with her family. She was an awesome mother, grandma, and friend.

Marcia is survived by: her children, Chris Klein, Mike Klein, Crystal (Michael) DeVos, and Daniel (Danielle) Knutson; her grandchildren; her brothers, Lyle Christensen and Art Christensen; her sister, Beverly Curtis; several nieces and nephews; and her dear four-legged companion, Onyx.

Marcia was preceded in death by: her parents; and her brother, Kenneth Christensen, along with many other loved ones.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 27, 2025, at Bachellor Cemetery in Fountain with Pastor Keith Theis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to help with funeral expenses.
