Marcus Stephen Catlin

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marcus Catlin, who left us on December 22nd, 2025 at the age of 46. He was born on February 2nd, 1979, at St. John's Hospital in Saint Paul, MN. He touched the lives of many with kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.

Marcus grew up with a love of cars and trucks. He attended Century College and went on to pursue his passion performing work on auto body. He truly loved working on older cars and performing restoration work. Marcus blended his work with pleasure and hosted car shows in the Chisago Lakes and surrounding areas.

Outside of work he enjoyed fishing and camping, his favorite places to go were Lake Vermillion and Lake Mille Lacs. Marcus was an animal lover and always had pets in his house. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, generosity, and the special bond shared with family and friends.

He is survived by Josette Brendel (mother), Steve Catlin (brother), Jennifer Dahl (sister), Hailey Dahl (niece), and Blake Dahl (nephew). He was preceded in death by Kevin Catlin (father) and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on February 1st, 2026, at Williamson-White Funeral Home in Amery, WI, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life and share stories of remembrance.

Rest in peace, dearest son and brother. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
