Marcus Allen Howe who was born January10,1987, in Gallup New Mexico, passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 39.Marcus was a proud and devoted father to his three daughters- Nicolette, Alicia and Joslynn- who were the light of his life. He was proceeded in death by his father Steven Howe, and his beloved grandparents. He is survived by his loving mother Dorothy Mares; Grandma Arlene Chavez, and a large extended family of siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends who cherished him deeply.
Marcus spent most of his life in New Mexico and graduated from Moriarty high school in 2005, where he was a dedicated member of the JROTC program. He was known for his outgoing and charismatic personality, always able to make others laugh, and bring light into any room he entered. He had a love for singing, he was a devoted fan of WWE, and passionately supported his favorite football team, the New England Patriots.
Marcus will be remembered for his humor, warmth, and the love he shared with everyone around him. His spirit and laughter will live on in the hearts of who all knew and loved him. Though we mourn his loss, we find comfort in knowing he is at peace.
With heavy hearts, we gather to honor and say our goodbyes to Marcus. His viewing service will take place at the Trujillo Family Funeral Home on March 26,2026 at 11:00a.m. Details regarding the funeral service are pending and will be shared when available.
