Margaret Caroline (Peggy) Beazley passed away December 23, 2025, in Elk Grove Village, IL. Peggy was born April 18, 1945, in Chicago, IL to parents were Margaret Catherine Beazley (née Johnston) and Charles White Beazley, who preceded her in death. Also preceding her were brothers Charles Johnston (died of crib death in Oakland, CA), and Robert Foster, and niece, Andrea Caryn (née Beazley) Macejak. She is survived by brother William George (Houston, Texas), nephews William George Beazley, Jr and Robert Charles Beazley, grandnieces Anna Carynna (née Macejak) Boling (Houston, Texas), Amelia Beazley (Houston, Texas), grandnephews Liam Beazley and Henry Beazley (Houston, Texas) and a great grandnephew Joshua Levi-William Boling (Houston, Texas).

She went to Cleveland Elementary School in Skokie, Il. She moved to Evanston IL when she was 7 years old and attended Oakton Elementary School, Nichols Jr. High and got her Diploma from Evanston Township High School.

As a child, she liked horses and going to the movies. Her best friend was Mary Ellen Schmidt, who lived next door.

After high school she spent a year at Northern Illinois University and a summer semester at Mary Washington College, the women's college of the University of Virginia.

She always enjoyed traveling and from 1965-72, she worked for Northwest Airlines in various locations as a reservations clerk. 1972-78 she worked for the Church of Our Savior in Atlanta, GA.

After 1978, she returned to Chicago, IL where she still lived until 2025, then lived briefly in Elk Grove Village, IL. She enjoyed hearing stories as a child and volunteered occasionally as a guide to Chicago tour visitors. She attended Reba Place Church, in Evanston, IL., and Living Water Community Church, in Chicago, IL.

Peggy will be remembered for her cheerful and generous nature. She died peacefully in her sleep after a long series of illnesses.
