Margaret Willene Clements, age 93, resident of Mobile, AL, was born on January 24th, 1932, and passed on April 3rd, 2025. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother known as Memaw. Her passion in life was the unconditional love she had for her family. She loved the outdoors; fishing and growing roses. Her hobby for many years was bowling.
She is preceded in death by; her husband, William H. Clements; her sons, Richard Blair, and William Edmond (Eddy) Clements; her granddaughter, Melanie Nestle; her grandson, Kevin Hodges; her parents, Nick and Susie Bender; her 3 sisters, Iha Mae, Irene, and Laura; and her 3 brothers, Rankin, Hubbard, and Hillery.
Margaret is survived by; her devoted daughter-in-law, Kathy Clements; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; her close friend of many years, Linda Colgalzier; and her devoted caregivers of 3 years, Nita and Doug Massengale.
Funeral services for Margaret Clements will be held on Thursday, April 10th, 2025, at 12 P.M.; at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Malcolm Slater, pastor of Irvington Bible Fellowship officiating. Burial will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. on April 10th, 2025, at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
Pallbearers; Tony Sims, Daniel Kelso, Brian Dodge, Doug Massengale, Jeremy Higgens, and Bruce Bender.
