Peggy was born October 10, 1942, in Tiffin, Ohio, the daughter of the late Earl Staib and Mildred Ethel (Brundage) Staib. She was a devoted wife to Olia Frasure for 50 years, who survives.
She is also survived by step-son David (Terri) Frasure, and step-daughter Tami (Rodney) Ware; grandson, Luke Aaron Frasure; three sisters, Anita (Sam) James, Christina Laufer, and Jacqueline (Rex) Eikham; and several step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; son, Matthew Oliver Frasure; step-son, Larry Frasure; and a sister, Pamela Short and husband John.
Peggy was a retired school administrative assistant at East Knox High School, where she loved working with the students and faculty. She also enjoyed gardening, baking, and crocheting.
She touched many lives with her kindness, warmth, and generosity.. A Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Boyer Funeral Home, Waverly, Ohio with Pastor Dave Frasure officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of Boyer Cremation Services.
