Margaret “Margie” P. Horan, 66, of Malvern, PA passed away on March 18, 2024.
Born in Darby, PA, she was the daughter of the late William Horan and Margaret (DiFrancesco) McGrenra.
Margie was the dear sister of Sharon Horan, William (the late Nancy), Lori Haeberle (the late Tommy), Michael (Lynn), Joseph McGrenra and Julia Bickel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Margie worked as the Director of Finance in the Health industry and was a true workaholic, who enjoyed her Wawa coffee. She was also an avid book reader, who enjoyed walks outdoors and loved going to the beach.
She was a very loving, giving, selfless person and a registered organ donor. Known fondly as a “leader of the pack”, Margie loved her family the most, which was reflected by her joy in hosting family parties, taking her nieces and nephews on trips and making sure all of her family had everything they needed.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00-11:00 AM Monday, March 25, 2024 and to her Memorial Service 11:00 AM at the Donohue Funeral Home Chapel, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the West Chester Food Cupboard, 431 S. Bolmar St., West Chester, PA 19382
