Margaret was a devoted and hardworking nurse, known for her deep compassion, empathy, and unwavering care for others. She carried a youthful spirit throughout her life and truly lived it to the fullest. Above all else, she loved her family dearly and found her greatest joy in the people closest to her. She also had a deep love for animals, especially her beloved dog, Buttercup, who brought her great comfort and joy.

She is also survived by her brother, William Coppin; her sister, Nita Coppin Brooke; and her sister-in-law, Judy Coppin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Peary Coppin and Irene Margaret Rice, and by Duane Carl Jaycox.
Margaret enjoyed reading, shopping, sewing, and gardening, and she approached all aspects of life with warmth, curiosity, and generosity. Her legacy of love, strength, and kindness will live on through all who were blessed to know her.
A memorial service is planned for the next one to two months, with details to be announced at a later date. A link with further information will be posted on Facebook once arrangements are finalized.
