I still remember the monthly cakes Margaret would bake to celebrate birthdays. Always a kind word and a suggestion. Our condolences to Carl and family.

We met Margaret and Carl shortly after their arrival at St. Vincent de Paul in Andover, Ks. We had just returned from a weekend with Call To Action and I met a friend of Margaret's at one of the presentations. She asked me to call Margaret and send her love from the East to the Midwest where they had just moved.
We became friends through our church ministries in Andover, shared our lives as Associates of the Sisters of St. Joseph, shared days of reflection with Margaret and Carl in Conway Springs, and shared monthly reflections and conversations via zoom with our associate conversation circle.
Margaret shared her love of God with everyone she met...hers was the way of love, grace and faith that she readily shared in faith sharing groups, with the associates and with fellow employees, clients, family and friends.
She will be missed by many. Our heartfelt sympathy to Carl and family as they continue to journey forward finding the peace and love that is Margaret's for all eternity.
" When Someone you LOVE becomes a Memory, that memory becomes
a TREASURE." To Margaret for the journey of life well lived.

Carl and family, although so sorry she is gone, I'm happy she is no longer suffering and in pain. She is with Jesus and smiling on each of you. With love and prayers for all.

I first met Margaret and Carl at our Dominican Retreat House in Miami, Florida in the fall of 1995. Margaret was a great mentor, always encouraging, and extremely honest. I learned that she loved her husband and children beyond the moon and was happiest when helping others find healing and wholeness in their lives. I can still hear her laugh and see her smile. I am sure that the "Songs of the angels have welcomed her into the arms of God."
