Margaret Mitchell Obituary
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 11:00AM at St Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Spring Hope. Burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-7 PM at William Toney's Funeral Home Chapel in Spring Hope.
She is survived by: her children, Adrienne Mitchell Thomas (Ronnie) of Castalia and Norman Mitchell (Tonya) of Spring Lake; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; her siblings, Maybell Harris of Louisburg, Frances Williams of New Jersey, Eddie Brinkley (Joyce) of Spring Hope, Otha Brinkly (Valerie) of Clayton; sister-in-law, Veronica Brinkley of Charlotte; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

To the family of Ann.: She was a beautiful soul.K&R Sportswear was a common work place. (My first summer job.) I remember Ann always saying " I am going home and get on my bed." Or sharing relations with our niece/ nephews as "Aunts ." Then h er own beautiful children(Pam," Andrienne "A", and Normon "Boochie" were wonderful to her. They were so caring openly to her. ("Good children") She was such a kind and gentle lady. Most time if I saw her she would be with her sister "Miss Dump." IGOD rest her soul. My condolences to the family. This is from Aunt Mary's sister (Marcus,Bunni/Nick's) Min.Annette Cooper Price/ family. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. May she rest in peace.
