My sympathy goes out to Maggie's children, Lisa, Jan and Craig as well as the rest of the family. I knew Maggie from Grapevine, Texas where she lived with Lisa, my neighbor and friend. Maggie was my oldest daughter's baby sitter and nicknamed her "Peeper" because of her big eyes. My husband & I loved her...she was always cooking or organizing and was a lot of fun. She and my husband danced the at the old Grapevine Steak House and I remember her looking so elegant in her dancing clothes. What a lady...

very sad to see in todays paper of margaret's passing.I have known margaret for at least the last 3 or 4 years. she would come look for me and and another lady friend everytime she would come shop at meijers at night. we ,as she would always comment with her lovely smile ,like having us pack her grocerys her way and we always gave her all the time she ever wanted in doing so.i know this was one of the reasons why she always came to us.i know how sadded she was when her brother passed away and how lonely she felt, but she had a big heart that kept her smiles up and her way about her always going. she was a very nice and enjoyable lady to talk with. i know she rather of went shopping later at night because of the traffic during the day, i worried about her driving so far away at that time of night to mancelona, but she knew what was better for her and i accepted that. She will definitely be missed! she loved her pies, in her honor i shall have a piece on her!god bless her and her family, she was one dynomite women!
