Margaret Sanders, 90, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 9, 2025.

Known to everyone as Louise, she lived a long and beautiful life rooted in family, love and faith. She was born in Berea, Kentucky in 1935 during the Great Depression and over her lifetime she moved several times before she eventually settled in Melbourne.

Retiring at the age of 78, she worked in Quality Control for a manufacturing company, as a nurse's assistant and she even worked as a telephone switchboard operator. She took pride in her work ethic and made sure to instill it into all of us.

Louise's greatest joy was her family; her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were the center of her world. She especially loved gathering everyone together for Friday dinners where laughter, stories, and love filled the room. Those evenings were some of her happiest moments, surrounded by the people she cherished most. Her home was a place of comfort, joy, and the kind of love that never fades.

She is preceded in death by her beloved son, William "Billy" Farrier.

Louise is survived by her brother Larry Ferguson (Therese); her loving daughters Victoria Christensen (Gary), Rebecca Uhlar (Tom), and Tonya Cleary (Glen). She also leaves behind four cherished grandchildren Kaitlyn DeVault (Robert), Alanna Palka (Richard), Amy Fernandez (Danny), Connor Cleary and seven adored great-grandchildren Emily, Jackson, Lindsey, Logan, Eden, Andrew, and Zion.

A private celebration of life will be held for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital:
