Margaret Louise Stuebing

Margaret Louise Jordan Stuebing, age 94 of Lilburn, Ga died November 7, 2025. Bill Head Funeral Home oversees the services.

Mrs. Stuebing attended First Baptist Church of Decatur as a child and youth. Like her ancestors, she had a heritage at the First Baptist Church of Lilburn. Always devoted to her Christian life, Mrs. Stuebing taught Sunday School for over 30 years. The delight of her life was a trip to Israel in 1998, a gift from her Sunday School class.

Mrs. Stuebing enjoyed teaching at Henry Grady High School in the Atlanta system and volunteered with the Decatur and Gwinnett County school systems. Mrs. Stuebing also regularly played the piano at retirement homes and sang hymns with her niece over the phone if she was able.

Mrs. Stuebing was an exceptional soul. She was active in Jews for Jesus and a generous donor to beloved charities. Her smile lit up a room. She valued family and those friends she considered family. Those who knew Mrs. Stuebing were inspired by her love of music, her deep faith and her devotion to her late husband, Vernon Robert "Bob" Stuebing.
