Margaret Conliffe Turnbull

Margaret Turnbull, 96 of Port Richey passed away October 11, 2024 with her family at her side. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Turnbull, her son Jeffrey Turnbull and her grandson Christopher Whitesel. She is survived by her daughter Andrea Whitesel (Port Richey), daughter in law Paula Turnbull (Hermitage, PA), granddaughter Stacey Mattos (Scott) and Kathryn Tiefenthal (Andrew), great-granddaughters Alyssa and Deanna Mattos. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren when she wasn't on the tennis court or bowling with her team. She always put everyones needs ahead of her own and we were able to be there for her these past few years as Alzheimers took over. I want to thank the staff at Jennifer Gardens Memory Care as they have been her extended family for 7 years and always treated her as they would their own. She loved everyone there even though she did give them a hard time now and then. I also want to thank the angels with Gulfside Hospice who were always there for her and were by her side in her final day. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her. We told her that we girls had taken care of her at this end and the boys were waiting for her at the other end, I am sure she has straightened them out already. Love you mom
