I only knew Margarette for a very brief time but I loved her every second of that time. She was such a pleasure to take care of in the hospital and I will never forget her. Woody and the rest of the family: I am so very sorry for your loss. She was an amazing woman.

We first met Margarette in 1988 - She was the Realtor that sold us our first home. Turns out, she and Woody were also our neighbors. Margarette was a very special lady and she will be truly missed by her neighbors and family. - God Speed Margarette

Aunt Margarette was a wonderful mother, wife, friend, and of course aunt. She was always so loving, supporting, giving, and inspirational. She had such a positive attitude towards life - always looked for the good in people. She would do anything for you, putting herself second.

When visiting Richmond, I always looked forward to spending time with Aunt Margarette and Uncle Woody. She was so inviting, energetic, and funny. I so enjoyed sitting on the porch with her and talking for hours. I will miss that terribly.

Margarette was a special Aunt that I loved. She had a unique gift of "encouragement". I can remember so many times that she said, "Come on, you can do it!". She was a wonderful sister to my mother and she was always willing to lend a helping hand. She loved her children and continually went the extra mile to help them succeed. She was crazy about her grandchildren and her "Woodrow"! She will be deeply missed...
