Margery Carr Obituary
She was born in Bessie, IL on January 15, 1942 the daughter of Martin & Crystal (Launius) Rice.
Margery married Ronnie Carr on July 31, 1960 and he preceded her in death on February 16, 2012.
She loved reading her magazines, watching the cooking channels on TV, shopping, visiting with her friends, going to family reunions and Elvis Presley. She truly enjoyed being a homemaker.

Ronnie Carr & wife Shannon of Benton
1 Grandson: Robert Whitlow & wife Mandi
2 Great-Grandchildren: Kayla & Lane
Mrs. Carr was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Daughter-Barbara Ann Volkman and Sister-Shirley Saul-Hill.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, November 19th at the Masonic & Odd Fellows Cemetery in Benton. There will be No Visitation, those attending the service are requested to meet at the cemetery.

I am so sorry to hear this Marge was a good friend. I knew them for years living in Logan at my grandparents home.
Herman and Bessie Cogdill were her neighbors. I knew Ronnie we both worked in BRP. My Condolences to all the family I did not know this until I saw the Obituary on- line. May Marge rest in peace she will be missed.
