Marguerite Brungard Obituary

Marguerite lived most of her life in Sugar Valley, PA. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and caring for her family and friends. She worked hard all of her life, in the home and outside the home, and serving in her church.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sandy Allen and Pam Knauf, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Whitmer, several brother- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Marguerite's life will be held at a place and date to be announced. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Rosecrans, PA.
Online memories and condolences can be sent to www.dykstrafuneralhome.com. Arrangements are by the Dykstra Funeral Home-Mulder Chapel.

I really enjoyed getting to know Marguerite while she lived at Royal Atrium Inn in Zeeland. She was always matter of fact about everything but eventually she warmed up to conversation. She truly cared about others and spoke out asking about others. Our friendship grew and I miss her.
