Age 87, of Minnetonka
Marguerite was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her faith life was near and dear to her heart, and she modeled the love of Jesus to all she encountered. She was a life-long lover of reading, horses, Elvis, and John Denver.
Preceded in death by parents, Jeremiah and Gertrude (Manley), siblings, Mary, Ken, Isabelle, and James, and granddaughters, Hattie and Sophia.
Marguerite is survived by children Corrina (Paul), Alyson (John), and Thomas, grandchildren, Sam (Amelia), Ben, Rachel (Dan), Clarke, Olivia, Makenna and Courtney, and ex-husband and friend, Daniel Colwell (Judy). Marguerite had the joy and pleasure of meeting her firstborn, Patrick (Barbara), in 2023. She learned she had an additional three grandchildren, Shelly (Karl), JP, and Nathaniel, plus five great grandchildren! She is also survived by siblings Evelyn (late Craig), Sheila (Joe), and Patrick (Jackie), as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was well loved.
Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Friday, June 13, 2025, at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 13505 Excelsior Blvd. Minnetonka, MN with visitation for the hour prior. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Mendota Heights.
In celebration of Marguerite's Irish heritage, please wear green!
