Maria De Jesus Alvarez

 

Maria De Jesus Alvarez, age 61, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. She was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, friend and will be greatly missed. Maria is preceded in death by her mother; Bertha Alicia Montes. She is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years; Angel Lauro Alvarez Torres, her children; Kerem Alvarez, Griselda Alvarez, Stephanie Alvarez (Victor), Giovanna Alvarez (Baltazar), and Bryan Antuan Alvarez, her siblings; Alberto Sanchez Montes, Rosa Esther Sanchez Montes, Maria Olaya Sanchez Montes, Carlos Jesus Sanchez Montes, and Consepcion Olivia Sanchez Montes, as well as her grandchildren; Damien Hermosillo, Aiden Najera, Mason Arellano, Ethan Ventura, Sofia Diaz, Rebecca Ventura, Andrew Arellano, Zaid Alvarez, and Leonardo Diaz. She is also survived by many extended family and friends to cherish and honor her memory.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 with a Holy Rosary to commence at 6:30 pm at Sunset Funeral Homes-West.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 2709 Alabama St., El Paso, TX 79930. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30 pm on July 19, 2023 at Restlawn Memorial Park, 8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904.
