December 21, 1959 – December 15, 2025
Maria Guadalupe Anzures, of
Madera, California, was born on December 21, 1959, in Acapulco,
Mexico. On Monday, December 15, 2025, Maria was called home to be with the Lord in
Madera, California. Though she is now absent from the body, she is present with the Lord,
resting in eternal peace.
Maria is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Delgado Flores; her two sons, Jose Carlos
Anzures (Yvonne Anzures) and Daniel Margarito Flores (Georgina Ibarra); and her five
cherished granddaughters, Sophia Anzures, Viviana Anzures, Alyssa Flores, April Flores,
and Zoey Flores. She is also lovingly remembered by her many longtime friends who were
family to her in every sense of the word.
Maria settled in
Madera, California, in the late 1970s, where she began building a life as a
devoted single mother. Through hard work, determination, and faith, she worked various jobs to
provide for herself and her son. In 1984, she met Daniel Delgado Flores, whom she later
married, and together they welcomed their second son. From her two sons came her greatest
joys-her five beautiful granddaughters-whom she loved deeply and unconditionally.
Maria was a strong, independent, bold, and outspoken woman. She was truly the life of the party,
known for her sharp wit, contagious laughter, and sense of humor that carried deep wisdom.
Wise beyond her years, Maria had a remarkable gift for making everyone she met laugh and feel
at home. She was an exceptional cook who found great joy in preparing meals for her family and
friends. One of her favorite pastimes was visiting the casino with her longtime friends, whom she
affectionately nicknamed her "Amigochas."
Maria will never be forgotten and will always be deeply loved. We are profoundly grateful for
the years we shared with her and will forever treasure the memories she created. A woman of
unwavering faith, Maria touched countless lives through her love, strength, and generosity. She
has now received her new address in Heaven, where she will live for eternity.
