Maria De La Luz Rodriguez

Maria De La Luz Rodriguez a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the community, passed away on December 21st 2025 at the age of 80. Born on December 16th 1945 in Chihuahua. Maria was the daughter of Maria Quintana. Throughout her life, she was known for her kindness, strength, faith, sense of humor, generosity, and her unwavering devotion to her family. She was a loving mother to 9 wonderful children , 1 beautiful stepdaughter and a proud grandmother to over 30 grandchildren and a wonderful great grandmother. Her family was the center of her life, and she found her greatest joy in family gatherings , cooking and story telling. Maria will be remembered for her sense of humor, her passion in cooking and her ability to touch other peoples lives. She touched many lives with her warmth and compassion and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.She is survived by her 9 children , grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Moises Rodriguez and her mother Maria Quintana.

Nacida el 16 de diciembre de 1945 en Chihuahua, María era hija de María Quintana. A lo largo de su vida, fue conocida por su bondad, fortaleza, fe, sentido del humor, generosidad y su inquebrantable devoción a su familia. Fue una madre amorosa de 9 hijos maravillosos 1 hermosa hijastra y una orgullosa abuela de más de 30 nietos y una bisabuela ejemplar. Su familia era el centro de su vida, y encontraba su mayor alegría en las reuniones familiares, la cocina y contando historias. María será recordada por su sentido del humor, su pasión por la cocina y su capacidad para influir positivamente en la vida de los demás. Con su calidez y compasión, tocó muchas vidas y será profundamente extrañada por todos los que la conocieron y la amaron. Le sobreviven sus 9 hijos, nietos y bisnietos. Le precedieron en la muerte su esposo, Moisés Rodríguez, y su madre, María Quintana.
