She is preceded in death by her parents, Erasmo and Manuela Jackson; the parents who helped raise her, Manuel and Olivia Garcia; her brothers, Erasmo Jr., Eduardo, Enrique and Amancio Jackson; her sisters, Isaura Lane and Elsa Jackson; and two nephews. Left to cherish her memory are her loving siblings: Estela Salsbury and Mona J. Carabay. She will be greatly missed by her eleven nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas, with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026 at 2:00pm at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic Church in La Joya, Texas. Cremation will follow.
