Mrs. Martinez was the most wonderful lady that took care of her kids and the neighborhood kids as well, if your parents worked and you were at her house playing with her kids, and lunch time came around or dinner you would get feed like all her children. Mrs. Martinez made the best tortillas de harina, and on Friday´s I remember getting ice cream and chips as a treat. Mrs. Martinez was a big part of my growing up she will be greatly missed.
