Maria Mora Contreras Obituary
María Esther Mora Contreras, de 62 años, de Sanford, falleció el 26 de febrero de 2026. El velatorio tendrá lugar el viernes 6 de marzo de 2026, en la funeraria Rogers Pickard, de 4 a 8 de la tarde. El funeral se celebrará el sábado 7 de marzo de 2026, a partir de las 11 de la mañana, en la misión católica San Juan Diego, en Robbins. A continuación, tendrá lugar el entierro en el cementerio St. Anthony of Padua, en Southern Pines.
María era muy devota de la fe católica. Le encantaba la música, bailar, cantar y cocinar para su familia.
Le sobreviven su esposo, sus hijos, sus nietos, sus hermanos, sus hermanas y muchos otros familiares y amigos.
Maria Esther Mora Contreras, 62, of Sanford passed away on February 26, 2026. A visitation will be held on Friday March 6, 2026, at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home from 4-8pm. The funeral service will be held on Saturday March 7, 2026, starting at 11am at San Juan Diego Catholic Mission in Robbins. Burial to follow at St. Anthony of Padua Cemetery in Southern Pines.
Maria was very strong in her catholic faith. She loved music, dancing, singing, and cooking for her family.
She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and many other family and friends.
