Maria Molina Ramirez entered into rest, March 7, 2023 surrounded by her family in La Junta, Colorado at the Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, April 3, 1955 to Rafaela and Norberto Molina De Urbina, She was 67 years of age.
She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Ramirez, children; Erlinda (David) Lopez of Rocky Ford, Ruth (Aaron) Padilla of Manzanola, Ruby (Robert Padilla) Ramirez of Pueblo, Colorado, Iris Jimenez of Rocky Ford, Colorado, Racquel (James) Gonzales of Rocky Ford, Thomas Ramirez of Rocky Ford, Colorado, Gabriella (Lewis, Cheeseman) Ramirez of Colorado Springs, Colorado, grandchildren: Brianna (Josh), Nicanor (Elisa), Kayli, Luis (Camden), Mia (Kat), Laylah, Shylo, Alex (Amanda), Robert, Eric, Joseph, Jack III (Domonique), Jacklynn (Lino), Jazlynn (Santino, Shaun, Aaliyah, Shayne, Kylia, Lily Marie, Leland, greatgrandchildren, Ella Ruby, Keoni, Lucien, Mictlan, Nessiah, Lino, III, siblings, Carmen (Javier) Rivas, Angela Molina, Norberto (Manuela) Molina, Lydia Molina all of Chihuahua, Mexico, several nieces and nephews, special friends; Lupe Ramirez, Rosario Ontiveros, Alicia Martinez.
She is preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Ramirez, Jr., parents, Rafaela and Norberto Molina De Urbina ex-husband Chrisosotomo Rael and best friend Antonia Mariani.
She enjoyed her television programs especially her novelas, Dancing With The Stars, The Cooking Channel and the Animal Channel. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Maria enjoyed playing solitaire, drinking coffee, her conchas, cooking and crocheting. She was a very funny lady and always made everyone around her happy. She will be missed.
An 11:00 Funeral Service will be held, March 17, 2023 followed by a dinner at Inspirationfield in La Junta, Colorado. Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of the Johnson-Romero Family Funeral Home.
