Progreso, TX- Maria D. Ramirez, 94, falleció el viernes 5 de Diciembre del 2025 en su querida casa, muy pacíficamente, como ella siempre lo pidió.
Ella nació el 22 de Abril de 1931 en Burgos, Tamaulipas; hija de Natalio Uriegas y Maria Desiga.
Maria D. Ramirez siempre será recordada como una gran mujer, esposa y abuelita por sus bonitas bendiciones que siempre le daba a su familia y a las personas que la rodeaban. Y como no olvidar la rica limonada y sabrosa salsa hecha en casa por ella. A mucha gente le gustaba ir a visitarla por que sabían que ella siempre ofrecía un vaso de limonada o regalaba un botecito de su salsa sabrosa. Le precedieron en muerte su esposo, Rodrigo Ramirez, y su hija, Irma R. Garcia. La sobreviven sus queridos hijos: Martha A. Cabrera, Juan Ramirez, Leoncio Ramirez, David Ramirez, Norma D. Martinez, Silvia Sanchez, Blanca E. Salinas, y Maria A. Ramirez; 35 nietos, 59 bisnietos y 19 tataranietos.
