Maria Rodriguez Santos

Maria Rodriguez Santos, age 82, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025. She was born on January 16, 1943, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, to her loving parents, the late Mariano Rodriguez and Cristina Santos.

Maria was the beloved wife of the late Gilberto Vazquez and a devoted and loving mother to Alberto Vazquez, Maribel Vazquez, Gilberto Vazquez, Sr. (Maria), Angelica Figueroa (Azael), and Angel Vazquez. She was a cherished grandmother to Zully, Alberto Javier, Adalberto, Marielys, Jadiel, Edward Giovanni, Giomar Alexis, Amaris Gioann, Amizael F., Ameliel F., Amizielis F., Vivian, Gillvian M., Jan Michael, Stephanie, Jayden, and Andriana; a loving great-grandmother of 15; and a proud great-great-grandmother of 4.

She was a dear sister to the late Felix Rodriguez and Isaias Rodriguez, Efrain Rodriguez, Maximino Rodriguez, Mariano Rodriguez, Mario Rodriguez, Rafael Rodriguez, and Cruz M. Rodriguez. Maria was also a treasured aunt to a host of nieces and nephews and a loving presence to all who knew her.

Family and friends are welcome on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Interment Riverside Cemetery.
