I worked with Marian in the ICU in the years Mid-Michigan Health/Alpena was known as Alpena General Hospital. Those were the best of times. Great ICU staff nurses, as Marian surely was........ and I learned a lot about critical care nursing from her. She even lovingly scolded me in those early days for breaching protocol....... Which I always thanked her........because I learned from her. Rest In Peace, sweet Marian.
