Marianne F. Bailey, 84, of Orlando, Florida, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025, at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Born in Hausham, Bavaria, Germany, Marianne never lost her deep love for her homeland. She often spoke fondly of the majestic mountains, the peaceful countryside, and the beautiful castles.
Marianne married Dallas Bailey, a dedicated U.S. Army soldier, and together they built a life in the United States, raising two sons, Michael and Thomas. She also cherished her son Christian, from an earlier relationship, who was raised by his father.
Marianne spent about 15 wonderful years working at Walt Disney World, where her warmth and dedication left a lasting impression on guests and coworkers alike. Her efforts were recognized with the “Partners in Excellence” award twice, a rare honor given to a very small percentage of employees.
After retiring, Marianne found her greatest joy in being a grandmother. Sundays spent with her grandchildren were her favorite, filled with love, laughter, and shared stories.
She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the deep love she had for her family. Her presence will be dearly missed, and her memory will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
