Marie Josephine Kraemer passed away peacefully on November 10, 2023. She was born in Rubicon WI on March 31, 1931 to Frank and Anna Schmitt.
Marie met the love of her life, Raymond, and married in 1953. Together, they had ten children. Marie was a stay at home mom, living in Milwaukee, until relocating to Wautoma WI in 1983. They bought Pioneer Floral and Greenhouses and enjoyed planting and playing and singing their favorite Big Band music.
A devout Catholic, Marie’s life was a testament to faith, family and flowers. She was a very generous and compassionate woman, in addition to being a dedicated friend and caregiver to many. Marie had an infectious smile that could light up a room.
Marie is preceded in death by her loving husband, Raymond as well as three sons, Michael, Keith, and Steven. She was loved and will be missed by so many people including her children, Mark (Karen) Kraemer, Rachel Frederick, Lisa (Rick) Larson, Kevin Kraemer, Susan (Mark) Lund, Gregory Kraemer, and Carol Kraemer. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A funeral mass for Marie will be held at 11:oo AM on Wednesday, November 15 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 364 S. Cambridge St. Wautoma. Visitation will be previous, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM A luncheon to follow at St. Joseph’s Church Hall.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Rosemore Village for their care and compassion. We will be forever grateful.
Although our hearts are broken, we take comfort knowing that our mother is reunited with her heavenly family and friends.
