Marie Florence Lajeunese- Conlon born September 12, 1930 to her parents Alderic Joseph Lajeunese and Florence Eva Domas in Northside Cohoes, NY. Marie was married to the love of her life Richard Conlon for 73 years until Richard’s passing in 2010.
Marie and Richard lived in Chestertown for many years until moving to South Glens Falls. Marie and her husband worked for GE until their retirement. Marie loved her job as head secretary. Marie is predeceased by her siblings Connie Lajeunese and Robert Lajeunese. She had a great love for them. Later she met Kevin Parsons and Robert Parsons whom she considered adoptive sons and treated them as her own. Kevin and Marie were seldomly apart. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. She loved them unconditionally. Marie Conlon was a very loving woman and very giving person and was well liked by everyone she met. Marie will be greatly missed by her adoptive sons Robert and Kevin Parsons and very good friend Mary Audette. She will be greatly missed.
We know Marie you in good hands now, youth with the lord; rest in peace sweet Marie until we meet again.
