Mrs. Marie Frazier Perry, 83, of Waynesboro, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Marie was born on April 6, 1942, in Jenkins County to the late Joseph Frazier and Bernice Quick Frazier-Dixon. She was an avid gardener; she loved being outside and tending to her flowers. Marie also loved to cook and bake. She used to make fudge and candies during the holiday season to give to her friends and family. Marie also loved to go fishing and then fry the fish for her family. Most of all Marie loved Jesus and her family. She was an active member of Bethesda Methodist Church in Girard until her health wouldn’t permit.
Marie is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Perry; a son, Robert Troy Adams; and siblings, John Mulkey Frazier, Joe Frazier, and Mary Ruth Farrow.
She is survived by her children, Bobby (Cathy) Adams and Tammy (Van) Rabitsch; grandchildren, Jamie (Kayley) Adams, Kendall (Jack) Williams, Heather (Bob) Phillips, Kayla (Kameron) Oliver, Heidi (Troy) Davis, and Ashley (Lonnie) Baxley; 11 great-grandchildren; as well as siblings, James Elmoe Frazier, Herbie (Nell) Dixon, Charles Dixon, Betty Jean (Kenneth) Perry, and Patricia (Jake) Taylor.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 10:00 AM at Thompson Strickland Waters, Joiner Anderson Chapel.
Memorial service will follow at 10:00 AM with Rev. Tom Tidwell officiating.
Thompson Strickland Waters, Joiner Anderson Chapel is in charge of all arrangements.
