Marie Virginia Petruccio

Marie Virginia Petruccio, 89, of Manalapan, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, November 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Marie enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as an HR Administrator with Topps Baseball Cards in New York. It was in her Brooklyn neighborhood that she met Albert, the love of her life, with whom she shared a beautiful lifetime of love and devotion. Marie was known for her warmth, kindness, and her deep love for her family and friends. She dedicated her life to caring for her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Albert; her three devoted sons and their wives, Joseph and Rosanna of Manalapan, NJ; Steven and KathyAnn of Fishkill, NY; and James and Francine of Staten Island, NY; along with six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Freeman Manalapan Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 10:00AM at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church in Freehold Township, NJ. Interment will follow at The Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation at www.alz.org.
