Marie Zepp

Marie Elizabeth (Windisch) Zepp, 69, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025 at home after an extended illness. Born October 5, 1956, in Gettysburg, PA, to her late parents Geraldine Eyler Windisch and Edward Windisch. She was married to Edward Zepp, her loving husband of 51 years. Marie graduated from Francis Scott Key High School in 1974 and later earned an Associate's Degree from Carroll Community College. Marie was employed by the Social Security Administration for 33 years. Whether on the job or with family and friends, Marie always gave her all, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, loyalty and compassion. She will be remembered for her work ethic, her giving heart and her integrity. Marie's life was a testament to the power of a determined spirit, taking on every obstacle with grace and fortitude. Her passing will leave a void in the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. In her spare time, Marie loved to play bingo and Texas Hold'em Poker. In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Denise Frock and husband Jason of Taneytown, MD, Russell Bloom Jr. of Westminster, MD, and Jason Bloom and fiancé Dana Fraula of Ocean Pines, MD; grandchildren Taylor Hockensmith and husband Michael, Kourtney Antonich and husband Anthony, and Russell Bloom III; great-grandchildren Parker, James and Wayde; sisters and brothers Diana Thele (Carl), Dorothy Becker (David), Linda Sanders, Edward Windisch (Theresa), and Robert Windisch (Jess); sister-in-law Marjory Dellospedale and brothers-in-law Larry Bloom (Wendy) and Michael Robbins, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brother Larry Windisch, sister-in-law Georgia Myers, and brothers-in-law Richard Bloom Jr., Russell Bloom, Mike Dellospedale and George Sanders. At Marie's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
