Marilyn Frances Carroll, 72, of Milford passed away peacefully Monday, April 7th, 2025, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Danny Carroll for 41 years. She was born on April 13th, 1952, a daughter of the late Mario and Frances (Cavoli) Zotti. Marilyn was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile could light up a room. She made everyone feel welcome and a part of the family. She was beloved by everyone that knew her.Marilyn was secretary/director of Operation Save America CT (OSA) and was faithful to the pro-life ministry for 30+ years. She was an extraordinary cook, especially of Italian cuisine and loved to host guests regularly. Her specialty was homemade manicotti (pronounced man-nee-kah-tee) and no party was complete until her anginetti cookies were served. Her favorite place to vacation was Cape Cod and she enjoyed taking beautiful sunset walks on the beach with her husband. Marilyn was also a devout Boston Red Sox fan and watched every game. Marilyn loved her family, especially her grandkids and the absolute joy of her life, her great grandkids. Marilyn loved the Lord most of all. She was a true Proverbs 31 woman and her husband Danny was so proud to call her his wife. Marilyn will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Danny, children Francine and Anthony, siblings Mark (Karen) and Nancy (Tom), grandchildren Cori (Chris) and Colbi (Eric), and great grandchildren Abel, Judah, Benjamin, Evie, and Ezra. Her family will be receiving relatives and friends at the PORTO FUNERAL HOME, 830 Jones Hill Road, West Haven on Thursday, April 17th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
