Marilyn Joyce (Martin) Crow, age 83, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at NHC Cool Springs. She was born June 29, 1939, in Gentry, Arkansas, to Edgar T. Martin and Opal (Eldridge) Martin. She was a faithful member of McKendree United Methodist Church and a retired nurse for St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee, and for Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Opal Martin; brother, Don Lee Martin; and sisters, Doris Osgood and Neoma Miles. She is survived by her husband, William "Bill" Crow, Jr.; sons, Kelly Johnson III and Matthew Brian Johnson; sister, Martha Deaver; and grandchildren, Paige McKenzie Johnson and Bailey Nicole Johnson. The memorial service will be Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 1pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Reverend Stephen Handy officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, April 27, 2023, from 11am until the service hour of 1pm. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery in Ashland City, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marilyn's memory may be made to McKendree UMC General Fund, 523 Church St, Nashville, TN, 37219, or Alzheimer's Disease Research, 22512 Gateway Center Drive, P.O.
