Marilyn Eymard Obituary
Marilyn France Eymard, 77, a native of Golden Meadow, LA and a resident of Galliano, LA, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Monday, December 22, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Galliano, LA. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Derek Eymard (Angie) and Jerome Eymard (Melissa); daughter, Leslie Eymard; grandchildren, Aidan (Maggy), Matthew, Callie, Jenna, Zoë, Daniel and Kayla (Justin); great grandchildren, Eleanor and Maisvia; brothers, Edwin Jr., Camille, Alan, Michael, Patrick, Tommy and James France.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Anthony Eymard, parents, Edwin France, Sr. and Virges France and sister, Gale Chouest.
Marilyn was a retired school teacher and enjoyed playing Pokeno and Bunco. She enjoyed her lunch gatherings with the ladies of her high school class. She loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be greatly missed.
