Marilyn Ruth Grove (Poling), aged 78, passed away on September 30, 2024, in Grove City, Ohio. Born on January 26, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio, Marilyn was a beloved figure in her community and cherished by her family.
Marilyn is survived by her devoted husband of 57 years, Frank Grove, and their sons, Frank (Amy) and Brian (Katrina). She was a proud grandmother to Scott, Sam, Brennen, and Carson. Her sisters, Donna and Eva Poling (Margaret Covelle), and sister in law, Judy Poling, also survive her. Marilyn leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Donna Poling, her brothers, Kenneth Poling (who died in Vietnam), Carl Poling Jr., and her sister, Doris Imo Sanderson.
Marilyn's life was marked by her warmth and generosity, touching the lives of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
Friends and family may gather for visitation on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 11:00am until time of funeral service at 12:00pm. Interment to follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Grove City, Ohio.
